HogRock 2006 - THE Biker Party of the year!
HogRock Cave in Rock, IL June 8-11th 2006 Wow! All I can say is... wow! This was their 10th anniversary and I couldn't think of ANYTHING that could have been done to make this party better. I've been back for a few days now and my mind still boggles at trying to write a description. Detailing a weekend at Hogrock would be like trying to sum up a trip to disney land, mardi gras, las vegas, hurricane Katrina and christmass time... all in a few lines. And that's comming from somebody that goes to biker rallies for a living. Easily well over 10,000+ people. Three stages... a clothing optional beach... a hypnotist... kickass biker bands, bikini contests, wet t shirt contests, Big Mike Griffin, naked bull riding, pig races, helicopter rides, topless hulla hoop contest, the hollywood knockout girls, bag lady sue standup comedy, some guy proposing to his old lady up on stage, private lap dancers, JB Walker & the cheap whiskey band, biker games, titty painting, men & women's tatoo contest, a girl falling off the stage during the popsicle contest... And that barely scratches the surface ! The year ain't even half over and I just couldn't even imagine anybody topping this party. You know what? I'm not even going to try to describe it all. Trust me, call your boss RIGHT NOW and reserve your vacation time for next summer. If you own a bike, car, truck, wheelchair, a skateboard... hell steal your neighbor's donkey if you have to... but GO TO HOGROCK! They've got another party comming up later this year, and you just KNOW that's it's gonna kick. Take one of them yellow pens and highlight the first weekend of October because it's going to be that good. ---------------------- Campground Description : Private property just outside of the small town Cave in Rock, IL. 100+ acres of rolling hills, plenty of shade trees around. Gravel roads throughout the campground. Clothing optional (hell everybody is naked) swimming pond, three stages and three vendor areas. Many RV spots available but they go fast. Plenty of primitive (tent) camping. Hot showers on location. Food vendors on location. Beer sold on location. --------------------- Entry : $30 for the entire 4 days, includes primitive camping. Bikes enter free. additional $30 fee for vehicules that are NOT motorcycles.
