Bama Bike Fest 2005 - A great biker party
Bama Bike Fest Summer 2005 Forkland, AL July 15-17th, 2005 What a great party. Damn, this rally has turned out be really be a lot of fun. They had so much going on this weekend I don't know where to start! The first thing you should know about the Bama Bike Fest is that they have their very own biker bar right there on location, open 24/7 during the entire rally. What other rally can offer you this? Anytime you feel like it during the entire weekend you can just pop in to get out of the sun, enjoy a cold beer (they also have a full liquor bar) or simply shoot a couple of games of pool with your buddies. It's so cool it hurts! They also GIVE AWAY more beer & more shots than anything I've ever seen. At any givin' point during the rally they may call everybody up on stage for a shot or beer chugging contest. Friday night was pretty regular. The weather was not very good so everybody that had already showed up just packed out the bar & had a good time. Of course this doesn't mean they didn't have any wild contests... the set up in the bar is pretty good, with a stage that is half in & half out of the building. So the bands & contests are all normally facing outside, but if the weather turns bad they just spin things around & face the other way into the bar and the party keeps right on going. So the weather was not great, but it didn't even dent the party. The bands played on, they had a couple of wild little contests & people stayed up most of the night just having a plain'ol good time. Saturday morning started off with a poker run for the keeners that went to bed early the day before, and then the biker games in the afternoon. They had all the traditional weenie bite, keg toss (male & female), slow race, balloon toss and a couple more. The one thing they DID have that was really original was a giant, home made slip'n slide! The thing was about 7-8 yards wide, 20 yards long and they oiled & wet it up real good. And then had a ''who can slide the furthest'' contest. Of course bikers will be bikers, so it did get a little (ok, a lot) wild. As a matter of fact the entire biker rodeo games are clothing optional, with quite a bit of nudity throughout the entire games. And the infamous ''buy back'' rules apply to all the games, where if at first you fail you can try & try again, as long as your willing to do it naked. Definately not the kind of party you would bring your bible toting brother & law to. They also had FREE titty painting for the girls... any takers could line right up & get their titties painted absolutely gratis. And they had quite a few takers. Big ones, little ones & everything in between. It really livens up a rally when there's a bunch of chicks with painted tits participating in all the games, posing on bikes or just plain ol' walking around during the day. The afternoon topped off with a bike show and a break for dinner (or supper as you yankees call it). And then the sun went down & the fun really started. Hell they had bands & contests pretty well through the entire evening & late into the night. At one point EVANS LEATHER decided to donate 3 pairs of chaps to the winners of a ladies chaps contest and that got pretty wild. And speaking of wild they also had a men's best buns contest where all the guys somehow got turned around and had a completely different kind of contest, with audience particiption. Things happened I can't print here, but I can tell you that it was wild! And reading back what I wrote I see that I forgot to mention the beer chuggin' contests (first to down 3 beers) the shot contest for the ladies (quickest shot down WITHOUT using their hands) and the COUPLES shot chuggin' contest where the women had to use their breasts to hold up the shot glasses while the guys had to down the shots without using THEIR hands. All in all a LOT of fun. Oh ya, and they did have a wet t shirt contest to cap it all off. And a nipple sizing contes in there also. And a pickle sucking contest. Hell I may be forgetting a couple, they had so many contests it's hard to remember them all. Like I said, it was a lot of fun. All in all about 5-600 of the right kind of people showed up and made this rally a blast. It's certainly one that you should mark on your calendars. The Bama bike fest got off to a slow start, but these guys are doing EVERYTHING the way it should be done now... and this rally is definately on the up & up. Not to mention about 137 tons of just plain old fun & good times. They've got another party planned the last weekend of October...
