 DATES : October 6-10th, 2010 AGE RESTRICTION : Adults only. 18 or better to enter LOCATION : Cave in Rock, IL ENTRY FEES : $30 entry fee for the entire show. $30 support vehicle fees. Early bird entry and extra $10 per person. Primitive camping is free. RV spots for $150. Free hot showers and porta potty toilets in the campgrounds. OTHER : Lucky Daredevil thrill shows daily, Friday afternoon biker rodeo games, Pole in the hole, Strong Man contest, Strong Woman contest, free mechanical bull rides all weekend long, Men and Women's tattoo contests, helicopter rides LIVE BANDS : Big Engine, Black Oak Arkansas, Iron Monkee, Orry Kraw, Sixxkiller, Tommy Stillwell and the Amazing Soul Crackers, Jason Clutter and Dirty South, Stompbox 40, Bobby Clark band. RALLY GROUNDS : Very nice, large place. Private property. Plenty of both shaded camping areas for tents and flat open fields for campers and RV's. What a great show! Everyone that runs a biker rally or motorcycle show should go to Hogrock and take lessons. Entertainment all day long and late into the night, fire breathers, sword swallowers, live bands, several wild adults only contests every day, two different stage rockign the place out, tattoo contests... this show has it all with never a dull moment. Talk about rocking bands, Big Engine drove all the way up from Florida to squeeze in two nights just before their Daytona biketoberfest schedule, Black Oak Arkansas put on a great show and Jason Clutter did his banging country thing. And those are just the headliners. The weather was great, the show was great, the people were cool, what else could you ask for? Their next party is June 9-12th, 2011 and it's the 15th anniversary party... look for something even more off the top than usual, they've got secret plans to kick the show up another notch or two (if that's even possible). I've said it once and I'll say it again. Hogrock is hands down the best party in America. If I could only do one show a year, it would be this one! Bob rates this party waaaayyyyy good 12/10 score!
